HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?

Booking a party is easy,  just fill out the BOOK NO form found on your selected Slumber Party theme page. A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to hold your party date and preferred theme. This deposit will go towards the cost of your party with the balance to be paid in full 7 Days prior to the special day

WHAT AGES ARE THE SLUMBER PARTIES RECOMMENDED FOR?

Children from 5-12yrs old will LOVE having an all-night party with their friends!

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SLUMBER PARTY?

We accept Visa/Mastercard via the Paypal website or Direct Debit.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY SLUMBER PARTY?

It is best to book your Slumber Party once you have settled on a Party Date, this will ensure your date adn theme is available.

DO I NEED TO PAY A BOND?

Yes, a $100 Bond is required prior to the party commencing.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PARTY?

If you have to postpone due to the guest of honour being ill, we will work with you to reschedule the party to an alternative date (based on availability). The deposit is non-refundable but it can be applied towards the cost of another party held within 60 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel the party for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE STANDARD SLUMBER PARTY PACKAGE?

The standard Slumber Party Package includes 5 x A Frame tents, Air Mattresses, Quilts & Covers, bed runners, sheets, decorative cushions and breakfast tray tables. The tents will be styled with fairy lights, Bunting snad tent toppers. To really bring your party to life, additional props are available for hire with each theme for additional costs.

ARE PILLOWS INCLUDED IN THE HIRE?

Pillows are rather personal and for hygiene reasons each party guest is to bring their own Pillow from home.

DO I NEED TO WASH THE BED LINEN BEFORE IT IS COLLECTED?

No you do not! Linens are laundered following each party using a dye-free, pefume free, sensitive skin laundry detergent and all proops are cleaned with a disinfectant.

WILL YOU NEED ACCESS TO POWER?

No, all tent lights are Battery Operated LED lights that will come fully charged and full of magic ambience.

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL TENTS TO THE STANDARD SLUMBER PARTY PACKAGE?

Currently each party set caters for 5 children. If enough notice is given, additional tents can be purpose made and charged at $70 per tent, per night. Before you consider additional guests, have a look at the space requirements for each tent to ensure you have enough room for the tents and the EXTRA fun!!!!

DO YOU CATER FOR LESS THAN 5 CHILDREN?

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE STANDARD SLUMBER PARTY?

There are numerous ways to set up the tents based on the space available and how
many kids you are hosting. Keep in mind, each tent requires about 2m x 1.5m of
space, this includes the tent, mattress and breakfast tray.  More room will be
required if you opt for the extra styling options.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP A PARTY?

We will do our best to have your party set up as quickly as possible and aim to
have everything completed within 90minute. There are a lot of things to do in a
short period of time and for this reason, we do request that no guests or
children are in the set up area for this delay can affect the duration of your
party. We will need access to a parking area close to the house for set up and
pack down.

WHEN IS DROP OFF AND PICK UP?

Delivery and set up will be mid-afternoon and completed no later than 1hr prior
to party time commencement. Pack down of the party will be completed before 11am
the following morning.  Should you wish to extend the party after this time, we
request that you move your guests to a separate area while we breakdown. Exact
times of set up/pack down will be organised 5 days out from party date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DAMAGE SOMETHING DURING THE PARTY?

Accidents happen and for this reason, we do require a $100 Damage deposit prior
to the party commencing. This deposit will be refunded within 24hrs of pick up.
Should an item get damaged, we reserve the right to utilise the deposit to
replace/rectify and damages causes.

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE PARTY?

No, pets are not allowed in party area.

CAN WE SET UP THE TENTS OUTSIDE?

Slumber party set ups are to be under cover, protected from dirt and out of the
elements at all times. A garage or fully enclosed outdoor entertainment area may
be acceptable provide the floor is clean and free from debris.

CLIENT OBLIGATION

Please provide enough space for the A-Frame Tents (see diagrams and
measurements) and keep the driveway clear to ensure easy access to the house for there is lots of gear to carry in.

PROVIDE A SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT

Please refrain from smoking near the party hire equipment.
