Shopping at   Banana J Creations is easy

1:  Scroll your cursor over the "Shop Now" button   in the main menu found on the left hand side of the site.

2:  Select what area you would like to start shopping in - Tee Pee Tents, Pretend Play, Room Decor, Arts and Crafts, Must Haves

3:  Start adding items to your shopping cart by:

- placing a number in the quantity box provide
- press the "add to cart"  button
- a sub box will pop up on screen confirming you have added an item to your shopping cart
- continue shopping or scroll to the top of the page and 'view basket" which can be found on the right hand side of the page
- you will then be directed to a page that will review your items
- if all is correct, select the pay now button, this will take you directly to a page where you enter your deliver information.
- select the submit button
- this will then take you directly to the PayPal site where payment can be made.  
- You will recieve an email from me confirming your order and informing you of current wait times.

** Should you have problems deleting items or such, check the top of your computer for it may be requesting you to "temporary allow" pop ups
If you have problems or wish not to make payment via PayPal,  please pop me through an email and I will manually enter the information.

I have now included automatic payment via PAYPAL.

Please contact me before you place your order should you wish not to use the PayPal site and to pay via:

• Direct Deposit
• Money Order
• Bank/Personal Cheque
• Upon Pick up

Please note that payment via direct deposit generally takes a few days to be completed, your order will not be shipped out until payment has been confirmed.  Personal cheques must be clear before your order will be shipped as well.

POSTAGE                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Once Payment has been confirmed your order will be sent to you via Express Australia Post.   Should you wish your order to be sent Registered or Express Post, please inform me for I do not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.   There will be an additional charge for these above   services.     

Tee Pee Play Tents must be sent via courier due to length size.   There will be an Authority to Leave in a Place safe to do so marked on your parcel.  This will 
ensure you do not recieve any additional courier charges for re-delivery if you are not home.  If you would like to sign for your parcel please inform me and I will advise the courier company.
 

WAIT TIMES                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Everything on the Banana J website is hand made by me and made to order.     Wait times on orders usually sit at  12 - 14 working days plus delivery  but are dependent on time of year, media exposure and other   market events.   Your order confirmation invoice will tell you what the current wait time is -   use this as a guide only.
