Shopping at   Banana J Creations is easy as . . 1, 2 , 3

1:  Scroll your cursor over the "Shop Now" button   in the main menu found on the left hand side of the site.

2:  Select what area you would like to start shopping in - Tee Pee Tents, Pretend Play, Room Decor, Arts and Crafts, Must Haves

3:  Start adding items to your shopping cart.

Once you have selected your purchases, view your shopping cart to confirm your order, enter the required information and send your order to me.   Once I have received your order, you will be sent an invoice for your records including various payment methods.

• Direct Deposit

• Money Order
• Bank/Personal Cheque
• Visa / Mastercard

Please note that payment via direct deposit generally takes a few days to be completed, your order will not be shipped out until payment has been confirmed.  Personal cheques must be clear before your order will be shipped as well.

POSTAGE                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Once Payment has been confirmed your order will be sent to you via Regular Australia Post.   Should you wish your order to be sent Registered or Express Post, please inform me for I do not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.   There will be an additional charge for these above   services.     Tee Pee Play Tents must be sent via courier due to length size.   I use "Couriers Please" for this service and will provide you with a tracking number.

WAIT TIMES                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Everything on the Banana J website is hand made by me and made to order.     Wait times on orders usually sit at  10 - 12 working days but are dependent on time of year, media exposure and other   market events.   Your order confirmation invoice will tell you what the current wait time is -   use this as a guide only.   Should you require your order for a special day, please let me know well in advance and I will do my best to have it ready for your required date. *** As expected, Christmas time is busy, busy, busy - to ensure your order is under the tree, order well before the November/December rush.
