I am sure you have a couple, take a look at this list of frequently asked questions and see if it has been answered here.   If not, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will give you the answers you seek!

What payment types are accepted?                                         
Banana J Creations accept a wide range of payment options. The shopping cart will take you directly to a PAYPAL page where payment can be made. You do not need a paypal account to pay via Paypal, they accept credit cards as well. Should you wish to pay via  Direct Deposit, Money Orders or Bank Cheque, please let me know BEFORE  placing your order. Payment via these routes must be made within 7day and your order will not be started until this has been confirmed..  

How do you post out my purchase? Is pick up available?              
I post out each item via Express Australia Post.  Due to Length, Banana J Tee Pee Play tents are shipped via a courier and is generally around $32.00.  Discounts are offered for multiple tee pee orders. All packages are marked with an "Authority to Leave" should you not be home to sign for them. If you wish to sign for your package, you must provide a Business Address.  Pick is more than welcome if you are in the Brisbane area.

How long will it take to fill my order?                                            
I make each item on the website by hand and when ordered to ensure it is full of tender loving care and of the highest quality.   Dependent on previous orders, your item will generally take about  12  WORKING days plus delivery.    This time frame is only an estimate and during peak  seasons such as Christmas, production times will vary. Should you require your order within the quoted time frame, a RUSH order surcharge will be applied.

How big are the Tee Pees and what age group are the recommended for?                                                                          
The tee pees are constructed using a 5 pole pentagon design.   Each PVC piping pole is 180cms long, with each of the five sides measuring 100cms at the base.  Each tee pee is slightly different dependant on how the material hangs, but general internal measurements are from side to side  and from front to back a 140cm, with an internal height of 130cm The tee pees are great for newbies starting to crawl, nearly ones practicing their hide and seek skills, toddlers learning to pretend play right through to older children just looking to own bit of  realestate.    

 
Why do you use PVC Poles and not wooden like other sites?
PVC poles are the lightest and safest option for little ones.  They are flexible, lightweight and durable.  They will not snap, splinter or break like wooden poles and will not rust like metal.  The tee pee is so lightweight even the smallest child is able to move it to their new place space.
**Should you wish to alter your poles once you reciever you tee pee, I can offer suggestions on what to get from your hardware store to do this.  


I noticed your tee pees do not have base poles?
Feedback from many customers have told me that they found the base poles made set up difficult, were actually not needed and caused a tripping hazard for little ones.  What is great about the Banana J design, the tee pee open and closes like an umbrella, making it easy to set up here there and everywhere!! 

 
I don't see a Fabric I like on your site?
Luckily for you, everything on Banana J can be custom made, just send me your fabric and I will turn it into anything and everything you see on the site.  Please contact me for material requirements for each item. Please note that I am unable to source fabric for you.

What age or the Creative Cooking Aprons and Chef Hats recommended for?                                                                      
The aprons and hats are fully adjustable with long neck and waist ties. The aprons will fit the average 2 -7yrs old child. Please feel free to contact me with measurements and I will make an apron accordingly.

My child is having a birthday party and I would like to do something different, any ideas?                                                
Cooking and Tutu parties are really a really fun and simple idea. I am more than happy to make cooking aprons/hat in particular colors/sizes to suit.   Tutus can also be made in a variety of colors and lengths to suit any little ballarina.   I will be more than happy to give a discount for   large orders.
