I am sure you have a couple, take a look at this list of frequently asked questions and see if it has been answered here.   If not, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will give you the answers you seek!

What payment types are accepted?

Banana J Creations accept a wide range of payment options.   Paypal, Direct Deposit, Money Orders and Bank Cheques.   Visa and Mastercard is also accepted but please note that card details must be emailed or phoned in directly to me to ensure security.

How do you post out my purchase? Is pick up available?

I post out each item via regular Australia Post.   Should you wish your item to be posted out express or registered post, please inform me at checkout.   Due to size, Tee Pee Play tents are shipped via a courier at a flat rate across australia.  

How long will it take to fill my order?

I make each item on the website by hand and when ordered to ensure it is full of tender loving care and of the highest quality.   dependent on previous orders, your item will generally take a couple of days to create and a couple more days in the post.   Should you require an item within a certain time frame, please contact me and we can come to some type of arrangement.   * These times are only an estimate and during peak   seasons such as christmas, production times will vary.

Can you make an item in a particular color or pattern?

Your wish is my command.   Since I make everything to order, I am able to alter it in anyway.   If you are after a green tutu, a purple tool belt or a silver Tee Pee . . .chances are, I can do it, so let your imagination run wild.   This service will vary in price and production time.

How big are the Tee Pees and what age group are the recommended for?

The tee pees are constructed using a 5 pole pentagon design.   Each PVC piping pole is 180cms long, with each of the five sides measuring 100cms at the base.   The tee pees are great for newbies starting to crawl, nearly ones practicing their hide and seek skills, toddlers learning to pretend play right through to older children just looking to own bit of  realestate.    

What age or the Creative Cooking Aprons and Chef Hats recommended for?

The aprons and hats are fully adjustable with long neck and waist ties. The aprons will fit the average 2 -7yrs old child. Please feel free to   contact me with measurements and I will make an apron accordingly.

My child is having a birthday party and I would like to do something different, any ideas?

Cooking and Tutu parties are really a really fun and simple idea. I am more than happy to make cooking aprons/hat in particular colors/sizes to suit.   Tutus can also be made in a variety of colors and lengths to suit any little ballarina.   I will be more than happy to give a discount for   large orders.
